Added a dedicated CAA checker for reviewing which Certificate Authorities may issue TLS certificates for a domain.

Added a DNSSEC checker that looks for DS, DNSKEY, and RRSIG records and summarizes whether chain evidence is present.

Documentation now lives under /docs: step-by-step Help center guides and a searchable Knowledge Base for DNS record references, email authentication, and WHOIS. The old Learning section is retired.
